A place to discover and listen
Open Air, a project of EtherStudios, helps you find and listen to publicly available radio streams. These terms describe use of the Open Air website and our relationship with the stations listed in the directory.
Independent stations and streams
Open Air does not generally own or operate the listed radio stations. Streams are provided by broadcasters or other third parties. A listing does not imply that a station endorses Open Air or that Open Air endorses everything broadcast by that station.
Station names, logos, music, programmes and other branding or content remain associated with their respective owners. A directory listing does not transfer ownership or give listeners permission to copy, redistribute or commercially use that content.
Availability and directory information
Streams can change, stop working or be unavailable in particular locations. Directory information can become outdated. A historical stream check describes information received at that time; it does not guarantee that a stream is currently available.
Open Air is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback or complete, accurate and up-to-date information for every listing.
Corrections and station representatives
If you represent a station or believe a listing is inaccurate or raises a rights concern, use our Contact page. Include the station’s name or Open Air link, the correction or concern, and how we can reach you. Please explain your relationship to the station when relevant.
Contacting us does not automatically give control of a listing or establish ownership of a station.
Use Open Air lawfully
Please use the service lawfully and respect the rights of broadcasters and other people. Do not misuse the Contact form, impersonate a station representative, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access restrictions imposed by a broadcaster or streaming provider.
External websites and streams may have their own terms and privacy policies. Open Air does not control their content or practices.
Limits and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Open Air does not provide warranties about third-party streams, content or services and is not responsible for losses caused by their unavailability or inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
